Recanalized coronary thrombi (RCT) are rarely recognized in real-world clinical practice. Incidence and functional significance of RCT remain unclear. High-resolution imaging modalities, such as optical coherence tomography (OCT), may provide novel insight to further characterize this unique phenomenon.1,2 We present a case series of RCT treated with bioresorbable vascular scaffold (BVS).
